Tiawah Fire Department is an all-volunteer organization that provides fire suppression and emergency services for the community of Tiawah and surrounding areas. The primary response area consist of 56 square miles, located in southeastern Rogers County, Oklahoma. Originating in 1964, there are presently 25 administrative and emergency responders, consisting of community-minded individuals whose commitment and dedication to service is one to be admired and should serve as an inspiration to all. Tiawah Fire Department’s operations are funded through yearly resident memberships, fund-raisers, donations and grants.
